Commemoration Battle of Arnhem 2024
Friday 20 September we commemorated the Battle of Arnhem with a commemoration meeting, a commemoration ceremony and Bridge to Liberation.
The commemoration of the Battle of Arnhem takes place annually on the 3rd Friday of September. This year it falls on September 20. During this evening we commemorate the sacrifices made in Arnhem in an attempt to achieve a breakthrough for freedom in the Netherlands and Europe. We commemorate the Battle that completely destroyed the city, the casualties among soldiers and residents and the large-scale evacuation.
